Mr Peter Korak
is in charge of business at Flora Ecopower Holding AG.
As sole member of the Executive Board, he reports to the
Supervisory Board. As a graduate economist,
Mr Korak has at his disposal in-depth experience in the
reengineering of internationally operating corporations.
In his previous activities, he positioned regenerative
power stations prominently in the European energy market
with great success.
Ms Claudia Willer
has power of attorney and is responsible for finance and accounting.
Besides the Executive Board, she is the contact person for media,
analysts and investors. As an expert in finance, she has been
responsible for finance and accounting in international start-up
corporations and successfully cooperated in the fusion with a major
technology concern. Ms Willer is a qualified graduate financial
controller from CA Starnberg.
Mr Marco Guicciardi
supports the management team at Flora Ecopower Holding AG as a
Consultant in the finance and accounting sectors.
As a versatile financial expert, he has been in charge of finance and
accounting in well-known international companies.
As Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Management,
this all-rounder was responsible for the integration of various brands
under a single world brand name in South America.
In France he supported a global player throughout the reorganisation
to a core brand. Mr Guiccaiardi has been active in Switzerland and
Germany with his own business consultancy.
Mr Ayal Hovev
is responsible for business development at Flora Ecopower in Israel.
As an agricultural engineer and a graduate in foodstuffs technology,
he has decades of experience in agriculture.
He runs various international projects in the processing of foodstuffs
and optimises processes and yields. Mr Hovev's experience in the
marketing and export of agricultural products will also be of
advantage to Flora Ecopower Holding AG.
Mr Hektor Kotik
has been General Manager of Flora Ecopower Holding in Ethiopia since
2006. Previously he spent several years as the managing director of
his own foodstuffs company. In the years before that,
Mr Kotik was employed in a senior position in both the business
development and in the finance sectors in international corporations.
Mr Kotik has a degree as Master of Business Administration from the
University of Barcelona and studied economics and accountancy at
the University of Buenos Aires.
Ms Kristyna Steber
has been assistant to the Executive Board for Flora Ecopower Holding
AG since February 2008. She was previously actively involved in an
identical position at a successful start-up corporation in the
international technology sector. In another prior capacity there she
had sole responsibility for the administrative sector.
Ms Steber studied economics in the USA, specialising in marketing
and management.
